Access to the pool area is only permitted in swimwear, clean flip-flops, towel, bathrobe, and swim cap. Showering is mandatory before and after using the pools and saunas. Individuals with dermatological and infectious diseases are prohibited from entering, as well as unaccompanied or unsupervised minors under 18 years old. Parents are responsible for their children's actions and safety. For treatments or balneotherapy procedures, showering beforehand is mandatory, as well as wearing a proper attire consisting of a bathrobe, swimwear, bathing cap (for hydrotherapy, pools, and bathtub procedures), and flip-flops.<\/p><p><strong>Meal serving.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>It is forbidden to take food or drinks from the restaurant, even if the purpose is to keep them in the room. The designated parking spaces are under video surveillance. Although we take all precautionary measures to avoid inconvenience, please do not leave valuables or documents inside your vehicles. If you choose to do so, we hereby inform you that it is at your own risk.<\/p><p><strong>Personal Belongings and Valuables.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Access to the hotel room within SC Puturoasa Spa Center SRL is provided with keys\/approved electronic systems. We recommend using the safes available in the Valuables Room at the reception to store valuables. We do not assume any kind of responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen objects in the premises of SC Puturoasa Spa Center SRL.<\/p><p><strong>Alcoholic Beverages.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Within the B\u0103ile Puturoasa Restaurant, bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages from outside is prohibited. Additionally, the Restaurant of Hotel B\u0103ile Puturoasa reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who are intoxicated or who have already consumed alcoholic beverages in larger quantities and become uncooperative. Introducing and consuming alcoholic beverages in the spa center and treatment facility is not permitted. It is also not allowed to undergo therapeutic medical procedures while intoxicated.<\/p><p><strong>Payment Methods.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Accepted bank cards for payment include Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. Cash payment in the national currency is also accepted within the legal limit set, or bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, please present the bank-issued payment order upon check-in.
